Establishing Beneficial Partnerships

From working technology to a signed purchase order.

Most companies with a working product and no revenue do not have a selling problem. They have a demand-signal problem: they built first and looked for the buyer second, and by the time they looked, the requirement had been written around someone else's product.

We work in the opposite order. Before another engineering sprint, we establish three things: a validated mission need in the operator's own language, a named budget owner with a fiscal year and an amount, and a real acquisition vehicle. Then we design the pilot backward from transition, so it produces the documentation and the contracting artifact a program office needs in order to buy, rather than one more successful demonstration that goes nowhere.

What this includes

  • Demand-signal validation and budget-owner mapping

  • Federal market entry and acquisition pathway design

  • Solution briefs, white papers, and proposals to Shipley standard

  • Pilot-to-program transition mechanics

  • Channel and prime partnership structuring

  • Investor data room, financial model, and raise narrative

Typical shape. Eight-week capture sprint, fixed fee, milestone-billed. Or retained pursuit counsel by the quarter.

When not to hire us. If your technology is not yet demonstrable outside a lab, a capture campaign cannot substitute for one, come back when it is. If you need registered lobbying, that is a different service and a different entity; we will introduce you to Mountain View Partners DC.
